Recycled Lamp and Twisted Busted Birch Frame

 

Today purchased lamp from Angel Hands Thrift Store, and new cord from Frederic Hardware, took lamp apart and cleaned it up and $14 investment is now priceless according to Antiques Roadshow.

December ice storm salvaged wood from bent and busted trees on Firelane Rd in Blue Hills.

Turned salvage Birch into picture frame for sister-in-law, with some adjustments, and assumption that it will meet her specs.  Actual picture of picture for frame below:
