GAMING THE SYSTEM – Wise-guy Advice on Winning Inspired by Gamester Daughter(s) with a Little Help from my Wife in taking Picture of Daughter

If you have to play the game to survive, understand the rules within reason, know who wrote them, and what their game is really all about. Keep in mind, that the game is not as complicated as the rule writers would like you to believe, so don’t get caught up in their rules.  Then do your best to get around the rules to get what you need outside the game. For playing by the rules of the game, will never get you what you really need, no matter how the rules are revised, or how hard or well you play the game, as that is not what the game is about.

All the games are about creating a few winners on the ruling side, and losers of all the players, that is what games and competition are about.    Prizes or trophies are only awarded to give the illusion of wining, and to divide and distract the players. Win-wins come from cooperation in real life.

Try to have some fun as best you can, and share what you learn along the way, so the other players can win as well. Look for open-minded allies to play with. Take time outs when needed.  Walk away from the game as soon as you can, for extended periods of play will lead to brain damage, can be addictive, and end with severe injury, and even fatalities.   Don't beat yourself up - you are your first line of defense.  If you don’t have to play, don’t play, as any injuries you sustain, will last a lifetime.

Practice good sportsmanship, as you never know when you might need to play again.  When necessary, leave the rule writers and other players believing you followed their rules. If you play your best, you can win despite the game, and the game and those who created it are left exposed for what they really are. Only burn your bridges, if you are sure you will no longer need them, but don’t be afraid to burn them if they are bridges to nowhere.

Don't pay attention to what other players or the rulers might tell you about how to best play the game, nor waste game-time on advising them on how to play, but follow your own inner-ruler and let others follow theirs. Despite what your have been told, quitters are winners - not losers.  Don’t buy into the team-player concept or blindly follow orders from team-leaders.  It's not the size of your balls, but having a heart -and enough brains to know the difference. There is no shame in being a bench sitter, and being a cheater is not a bad thing.  There is only one team, and we are all on it, and we are the only leaders we need.

The games will likely continue as long as the rulers are in power, but win or lose, if nothing else, you will understand what the game is all about, and perhaps all the players will be winners when we all stop playing games invented by losers.
